Upgrading quality and environmental standards

Feb 01, 2017

Every three years, C-bed’s ISO and OHSAS certifications must go through a recertification audit. Here, Bureau Veritas conducts a full review of each applicable standard ensuring all requirements are met and that our business is aiming for continual improvement, year on year.

As of February 2017, C-bed is pleased not only to announce a successful recertification process, but in particular, that we are upgrading our Quality and Environmental Systems to meet the new requirements, which were executed in 2015.

Thereby, C-bed is now certified according to the following top quality industry standards:

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
This accreditation was upgraded from the 2008 standard to the 2015 standard and its purpose is to ensure we take appropriate action to ensure all features of the service we offer meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management
This accreditation was upgraded from the 2004 standard to the 2015 standard and its purpose is to ensure we manage and minimise the impact and harmful effects our business activities pose on the environment.

This certification was recertified, however the International Organisation of Standardisation is currently revising the Occupational Health and Safety Standard and it will be upgraded in 2018 transferring from OHSAS to ISO 45001. The purpose of this accreditation is to ensure sound management of Health and Safety risks posed on employees, whilst also ensuring the safety of those who work with us.
